The Colonial Santa María: A Space of Connection
In our project at The Colonial Santa María, we have carried out a significant intervention in the living area, transforming the space into a place where connection and joy are found in every corner.
In this design, we not only look for aesthetics, but also the emotional well-being of its inhabitants.
In the lounge area, we have incorporated an organic sofa that encourages closeness and dialogue between the people sitting there. The circular arrangement of the furniture promotes open communication, allowing each conversation to flow naturally.
This focus on form is not accidental; We use it purposefully, as circles symbolize connection and inclusion. Circles allow us to create environments conducive to the exchange of ideas and emotions!
Why us?
The dining room has been designed with a round table, a strategic choice that enhances interaction and closeness. Looking at others’ faces during conversation activates the production of oxytocin, the hormone of joy, promoting a sense of happiness and well-being in the environment.

Every element at The Colonial Santa María has been designed to create a welcoming and stimulating environment. The chosen color palette and textures provide warmth, while the soft lighting highlights the beauty of the design and promotes moments of intimacy and connection.
The apartment at The Colonial Santa María is a reflection of the importance of spaces that foster connection and joy. By prioritizing human-centered design, we have created a home where every encounter becomes a celebration of life and community.
