Located in PH Pradera, Altos del Golf, this 612 m² residence was conceived around a pursuit of timelessness. For us, timeless design goes beyond trends. It is about creating spaces that retain their relevance, elegance, and beauty for years to come.

Designed by PIEKNO Studio, the project draws inspiration from a distinctly European sensibility, where classical and contemporary influences coexist in harmony. The design is rooted in calmness, proportion, and a deep respect for materials, avoiding unnecessary gestures in favor of a refined and enduring spatial experience.

The social areas and primary suite were envisioned as spaces of retreat: environments that evoke comfort, order, and understated sophistication. Every element was carefully considered to contribute to a balanced composition, where architecture and interior design work seamlessly together.

Vintage-inspired wood plays a central role throughout the residence, introducing warmth, texture, and character. Architectural moldings, decorative details, and classical proportions are reinterpreted through a contemporary lens, creating a language that feels both elegant and enduring.

The color palette remains intentionally restrained. Warm whites, soft neutrals, and natural materials establish a serene foundation, while carefully selected accents bring depth and personality to the interiors. A mustard-toned lounge chair introduces a subtle focal point within the living areas, while touches of green and brushed gold enrich the primary bedroom without disturbing its restful atmosphere.

Lighting was designed as an integral layer of the overall experience. Through the use of indirect illumination, decorative fixtures, and carefully placed accents, volumes, textures, and circulation paths are gently highlighted throughout the day and evening. Rather than drawing attention to itself, the lighting reinforces the architecture and enhances the sense of comfort.

The result is a residence that reflects our approach to interior design: spaces created to be lived in and appreciated for decades, where beauty emerges from coherence, proportion, and thoughtful attention to detail. A home that does not seek to follow trends, but to endure beyond them.
