This custom laundry room design project is located in Coco del Mar, one of the most established residential areas of Panama City. The space was designed as part of a high-end apartment with a strong focus on personalization and long-term functionality.

The scope of work included full space planning, layout definition, custom-made furniture design, material selection, and the development of a bespoke floor pattern created specifically for this project.

A key design decision was the use of a statement floor design, where the geometric pattern defines the identity of the space while maintaining durability and ease of maintenance. This element became the conceptual foundation of the design.

Custom cabinetry in a blue finish was designed to optimize storage, integrate appliances, and elevate the laundry room beyond a purely utilitarian space.

The result is a refined, functional laundry room where design quality, material performance, and daily usability support long-term property value.
