Modern Industrial Residential Bathroom in Coco del Mar, Panama

Color-driven and dark-toned bathrooms have become a defining trend in contemporary interior design. This residential bathroom project was developed in Coco del Mar, one of the most established residential areas of Panama City, with a modern industrial and minimalist approach focused on material clarity and lighting control.

The design combines black-finished accessories, classic white subway tiles—selected for their timeless versatility—and high-quality Spanish ceramic tiles, chosen for their graphic precision and long-term performance. This material palette creates contrast while maintaining visual balance.

Lighting was a key design decision. During the day, the bathroom benefits from generous natural light, enhancing material textures and color depth. At night, two lighting scenarios are activated: indirect lighting through concealed LED strips integrated into the ceiling, and direct lighting via recessed downlights, allowing both functional precision and atmospheric flexibility.

The result is a refined residential bathroom that balances contemporary aesthetics, daily functionality, and long-term design value.
