Located in ALLURE at the Park on Avenida Balboa, this project transformed a waterfront apartment into a contemporary residence designed to balance comfort, functionality, and timeless elegance.

Developed by PIEKNO Studio, the design is defined by a refined material palette and bespoke solutions tailored to the lifestyle of its owners.
