Developed for a European client, the design follows a contemporary language with a neutral base palette, complemented by controlled pops of color that introduce character and visual energy. The project prioritizes spatial clarity, functionality, and a quiet residential atmosphere within one of Panama City’s most dynamic urban contexts.

This residence is located in Costanera, one of the most attractive residential areas of Panama City, offering proximity to the coastline while maintaining a sense of privacy and comfort.
