Located in Casco Antiguo, Panama, SZABO Hair Spa was conceived as an immersive wellness destination where beauty, craftsmanship, and sensory experience come together in a single environment.

Developed by PIEKNO Studio for renowned hairstylist Dorina Szabo, the project draws inspiration from Panama's lush tropical rainforest. Natural textures, soft lighting, custom millwork, and abundant greenery create an intimate atmosphere designed to slow the pace of everyday life and encourage a deeper connection with the senses.

The spatial concept balances privacy and openness, allowing each treatment and styling area to feel calm and personal while remaining part of a cohesive architectural experience. Every element was carefully considered to support the client's vision of transforming a traditional salon visit into a ritual of self-care and wellbeing.

A refined palette of natural materials, bespoke detailing, and thoughtfully integrated lighting define the character of the space. The result is a contemporary hair spa that feels warm, organic, and timeless — a place where beauty, nature, and design exist in harmony.
