Located in Maresías, Paitilla, this residence was conceived as an expression of personality, creativity, and contemporary sophistication. The project begins with a calm and refined architectural foundation, enriched by carefully curated art, collectible furniture, and thoughtfully introduced accents of color that bring character and individuality to each space.

Developed by PIEKNO Studio, the design combines pieces from renowned international brands, sculptural furnishings, and distinctive decorative elements to create interiors that feel both elegant and deeply personal. The proposal balances refinement with spontaneity, resulting in spaces that are sophisticated without sacrificing warmth or authenticity.

The result is a contemporary home where design, art, and functionality coexist in harmony, reflecting a highly personal and timeless vision of residential living.
