Located in Sea Point, Paitilla, this interior design project was conceived to transform a waterfront apartment into a contemporary residence defined by calmness, functionality, and timeless elegance.

Developed by PIEKNO Studio, the design draws inspiration from a distinctly European sensibility, where material quality, proportion, and attention to detail play a central role. The proposal combines a refined neutral palette with bespoke millwork, integrated architectural lighting, and carefully selected materials chosen for their beauty and longevity.

Each space was thoughtfully planned to support everyday living while creating bright, comfortable, and visually balanced interiors. The apartment's privileged ocean views become an integral part of the residential experience, reinforcing the sense of openness and connection to the surrounding landscape.

The result is a contemporary home where sophistication emerges through simplicity, craftsmanship, and the harmonious relationship between architecture, materials, and light. A residence designed to retain its relevance, functionality, and beauty for many years to come.
