Located in The Reserve, Santa Maria, this project involved the complete renovation of a 311 m² townhome, transforming the property into a contemporary residence tailored to the lifestyle of its owners: 3 beautyful women (mother and her 2 daughters).

The result is a contemporary residence where craftsmanship, materiality, and thoughtful planning come together to create a sophisticated yet welcoming family home.
