Located in The Towers, Paitilla, this 395 m² residence was conceived as an expression of contemporary elegance, where luxury is defined through material quality, meticulous detailing, and a carefully curated selection of furniture and finishes.

Developed by PIEKNO Studio, the project combines Italian-inspired furnishings, custom millwork, and a refined palette that balances neutral tones with carefully selected accents, creating interiors that feel sophisticated, welcoming, and full of character.
